Adam Blevins, President

Adam holds an Associates of the Sciences from Sinclair Community College.  He joined the Chamber board in 2013. Adam resides in Brookville with his wife, Amber, and their 2 children.

Zach Music, Vice President of Admin

Music's Automotive

Zach is the owner of Music's Automotive. He's a 2002 graduate of Tri-County North High School and Miami Valley CTC. He is a 2004 graduate of Sinclair and earned an Associate of applied science degree in automotive technology. Zach is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and a member of ASA. Zach, wife Mindy, and 2 boys reside in Brookville. His goal for the chamber is to support the success of local business and bring awareness to the wonderful opportunities Brookville has to offer.

Steven R. Whiteaker, Vice President of Events

Department Chaplain & Crime Prevention Officer, Brookville Police Department

Officer  Whiteaker has been with the department for eight years and is an ordained minister. Steve began his law enforcement career in 2001 with the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office in Northern Virginia.  He graduated at the top of his academy class and, after serving only two years as a Patrol Deputy, was promoted to rank of Senior Deputy where he served as a first-line supervisor for First Platoon, B Squad.  Before entering law enforcement, Officer Whiteaker was known as “Corporal Whiteaker” and served in the United States Marine Corps attached to the Marine Security Guard School in Quantico, Virginia. He served as an Assistant Instructor in various U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. State Department Courses and also served as the Assistant Operations Chief and Admin Chief for the Marine Security Guard School.  Steve brings his keen intelligence and big picture thinking to the Chamber Board. He also hopes to continue the great working relationship between the City and the Chamber.

René Chase, Past President

René brings 14 years of business experience to the Chamber.  She has served on the Chamber board since November 2012.  Her goal for the Chamber is  to help serve the businesses in Brookville and help Brookville remain a strong city where the businesses grow and thrive and contribute to our outstanding school system.  René resides in the Brookville area with her husband, Jim, and their  twin boys.

Melissa Deeter, Director

LCNB National Bank


Melissa Deeter is the assistant manager at LCNB National Bank and joined the Brookville community after spending 11 years with the bank. She quickly realized the town of Brookville was great and its citizens were genuine.  She knew she wanted to be involved with a group that supports their local businesses and where she could volunteer her time to take care of the town. She currently lives in Fairborn and has one spoiled "child", a 6-year-old foxhound/collie. In her free time, she loves the chance to spend time with family and friends, whether it's hiking, boating, or traveling.

Amanda Grimes, Director

Amanda is a 1996 graduate of Brookville High School.  She started Amelle Photography in 2009 and built her self-taught digital photography business into a full time operation over the last 10 years.  She has been married to her husband Jacob for 22 years and they have a beautiful daughter, Ellie Grace, who is 10 and in Brookville Schools.  Amanda has loved spending the last 5 years volunteering at Brookville Schools and knitting her family more into the town she loves so much.  She joined the Chamber Board of Directors because she saw the overwhelming support, kindness and help the Chamber has brought her storefront on Market Street in the year since she has opened and she wants to help be that model of support to other businesses in Brookville.  She is a member of Open Bible Christian Church in Dayton, Ohio.

Boyd Warner, Director

Boyd is a Realtor for RE/MAX Alliance and has been serving his clients in selling & buying Real Estate for over 16 years. He has been married for 35 years to Jennifer and they reside in Perry Township. They have three children and nine grandchildren.  Boyd is a proud Navy veteran and a member of the local AMVETS Post 1789. His goal as a Board Member is to serve the local community with any/all real estate needs while emphasizing a commitment of service to the community as we move forward and grow.

Jeff Requarth, Director

Jeff is a graduate of Arcanum High School.  He joined the Chamber board in 2013.  His goal in joining the Chamber is  to enhance the relationship between the school district and the business community. He wants to help grow the spirit of working together between business, government and the community at large and provide vision and leadership to make Brookville and the surrounding area strong and vibrant long into the future.  Jeff resides in the Brookville area with his wife, Cathy.  He is a US Army veteran, AMVETS Post 1789 and VFW member and is a member of The Ridge Church.

JD Fowler, Director

City of Brookville

JD has been with the Chamber of Commerce since July 2016 and resides in Brookville with his wife Shari and 2 children. He graduated with his bachelor's in business administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has been in procurement and logistics for most of his career. JD is currently a purchasing Officer for Midwest Fasteners in Miamisburg, Ohio. Aside from being on the Chamber Board of Directors, JD also serves on Brookville City Council, is President of the Brookville Soccer Association and is a proud member of the Brookville Optimist Club. 

Chloé Rother, Director

Brookville Auto Parts


Chloé joined the Chamber Board in early 2020.  She resides in Brookville with her husband Chad and daughter Harper.  Chloé left a corporate position at the beginning of 2020 to grow her real estate role with BHGRE - Big HIll.  Additionally, she and Chad now own Brookville Auto Parts, a local small business, that has been run by Chad's family for over 38 years.  She's excited to be part of the Chamber, supporting Brookville businesses and the community.
